The area is completely quiet allowing an ideal rest of the guests, without attached neighbors or night noises of any kind. It also has a large supermarket in less than a minute away.
The house has a large bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub and a built-in shower, as well as a toilet on the ground floor and an additional shower in the garage.
