The house is ideal for families and is very well located, in a quiet area with all the necessary services nearby to enjoy a good and restful holiday.
The kitchen is totally equipped and the home has a modern bathroom with a large shower.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

House Mestral 19 is located just 450 meters from the beautiful Riells beach and the Luna Park playground as well as to the historic center of L’Escala.

A large garden surrounds the house in the front and back of the house.

There is a commercial area only 5 minutes walking distance: artisan bread and pastry shops, pharmacy, fresh fruit shops, fish market, restaurants, Carrefour supermarket … among others.
